Fresh Start

The "Fresh Start" program is a program for customers who would like phone service but have an unpaid phone bill with GRTI. Fresh Start allows you to call anywhere within the Gila River Indian Community.

To participate in the Fresh Start program, the following requirements are needed:

1. The customer must come into the GRTI Office and fill out an application.
2 Make arrangements with a GRTI Customer Service for monthly payments on your old phone bill.
3. A toll block will be placed on the reconnected phone service until the old bill is paid off.
Each case will be give personal attention
